Getting started
- Create your organization and invite the team with the right role.
- Configure the payment methods you already use today.
- Define cost rules and settlement times for each processor.
- Create your first collection and share the link with your customer.
Collections and receipts
- Each collection shows the available options ordered according to your strategy.
- The payer selects a method, reports the payment, and can attach a receipt.
- Your team reviews, confirms, or rejects it from the collections panel.
- Statuses remain recorded for reconciliation and reporting.
Imports
- Upload bank movements, settlements, sales, and invoices from spreadsheets.
- Map columns when a file uses names that differ from the standard format.
- Review rows with errors and correct them before importing again.
- Every import is recorded with a summary of processed rows.
Reconciliation and reports
- Run reconciliation to cross-check collections, receipts, and movements.
- Confirm or dismiss suggested matches from the panel.
- Generate the collections assessment as a PDF for administration or accounting.
- Review potential savings and the most efficient methods for your operation.

What each role sees
Each team member accesses only the areas they need to operate. Integrations and advanced settings remain restricted to administrators.
